Nathan Walter is the principal valuer at Valuation Services NZ, with a career spanning over 20 years in commercial and agri banking, as well as investigative work with the New Zealand Police.
As a member of the Property Institute of NZ (PINZ) in the Plant and Machinery Valuation field, Nathan's provides independent third party valuations for a range of purposes.
His comprehensive background includes banking risk management and high-risk financial account management.
Nathan holds a Bachelor of Agricultural Science from Massey University, is a Registered Plant and Machinery Valuer (MPINZ) and is well-versed in valuation principles. He is a current Member of the Plant & Machinery Valuers National Council, and an affiliate member of the NZ Institute of Valuers (NZIV).
